PDEA chief backs Robredo in revealing ‘discoveries’ on drug war | INQUIRER.NET – Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) chief Aaron Aquino on Tuesday encouraged Vice President Leni Robredo to reveal, as she promised, her discoveries during her short-lived stint as drug czar. Aquino said in a press statement, “I am personally encouraging Vice President Leni Robredo to make her revelations on what she claims as her ‘discoveries’ on the government’s drug war. I believe that whatever revelations she have would help us in improving and furthering the anti-illegal drug campaign.”

Pasay police forms task force to find missing youths | Manila Bulletin – Pasay City Police Chief Col. Bernard Yang told reporters a total of seven cases of missing persons have been reported to him since Monday, after a viral post regarding kidnappings spread online. P400,000 cocaine seized in Makati | The Manila Times – An estimated P400,000 worth of cocaine and P8, 000 worth of crystal meth or shabu were seized from a suspect in Makati City on Tuesday after midnight. The suspect was identified as Robert Baltazar who was apprehended by Makati police in P. Binay St., Barangay Pobacion, Makati City at around 12:30 a.m. The suspect will be charged for violating Republic Act 9165 or the “Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.”
