Bela Padilla confirms relationship with a foreigner boyfriend

After almost four years of being single, Bela Padilla finally confirms a relationship with her foreigner boyfriend, Norman Ben Bay. In her Instagram post today, October 6, she wrote a caption “The one I met in St. Gallen.”
Bella was asked in Instagram if she met Norman in St. Gallen, Switzerland during her movie shoot of Meet me in St. Gallen, her answer was yes.
Prior to today’s posting, Bella mentioned in her Instagram yesterday that she waited first for the result of her swab test to be negative before she would post anything. Her posted picture yesterday and today were both taken in Capadocia, Turkey.
