Magalong: Albayalde is lying over role in 2013 Pampanga drug raid | INQUIRER.NET – Baguio City Mayor Banjamin Magalong pointedly said that Philippine National Police (PNP) chief Gen. Oscar Albayalde lied about his involvement in the alleged drug-recycling of evidence from a 2013 drug raid in Pampanga. Magalong said that during Albayalde’s deliberation for one star promotion all he did was deny his involvement in the illegal recycling of drug seized in Mexico town in 2013. Relatedly, retired Police General Rudy Lacadin implicated Albayalde in the questionable 2013 raid.
