PNP: All accused in ‘ninja cops’ controversy remain innocent until proven guilty | PHILSTAR.COM – The PNP reacted to the Senate panel that recommended the filing of drug and graft charges against Albayalde and 13 of his former subordinates who were accused of “recycling” P1 billion worth of “shabu” (meth) that was confiscated during a raid in Pampanga in 2013. The PNP stated that Albayalde and the cops tagged in the reselling of seized narcotics “remain innocent until proven guilty”.

The only reason why we asked for it is because of the false allegations. A lot of fake news have been coming out from the Marcos camp, saying that the real VP will soon assume the post. And we are saddened by the fact that they have resorted to lies to get what they want”.
