Maja Salvador wins Best Actress at Asian TV Awards

Maja Salvador received the Best Actress Award at The 1st Asia Contents Award in Busan, South Korea for the teleserye “Wildflower.”
Maja portrayed Lily Cruz and Ivy Aguas in Wildflower. She specifically thanked ABS-CBN for trusting her with the roles, the entire team of Wildflower, and a special mention to the veteran actor Tirso Cruz III who encouraged her to do better.
In her message in the ABS-CBN News, Maja Salvador said: “Yung ma-nominate ka lang okay na, pero yung manalo ka lalo na sa Busan International Film Festival tapos First Asia Contents Awards, ang sarap sa pakiramdam na parang bitbit mo ang buong Pilipinas, parang ang pakiramdam ko nanalo ako mg Miss Universe.“
Maja celebrated her birthday yesterday and she said that the award is her best birthday gift.
The actress attended the awarding ceremony with her boyfriend, Rambo Nuñez.
