Manila gov’t lifts closure order vs Recto mall | INQUIRER – The local government unit of Manila lifted on Friday its closure order on Isetann Mall in Recto, Manila after the mall management secured the necessary permits and paid tax deficiencies. In a statement from the Manila Public Information (PIO) Office, Isetann Mall secured all needed permits to “lease space and operate all of its cinemas.”
