Cat and dog owners consider their pets as part of their family. They provide shelter, food, clothes, toys, and vitamins  just like how parents treat their children.

Mr. Odick Aguas Cunanan has now 30 cats. He admitted that he’s not a cat lover before but when his friend asked him to watch for his cat, that’s when he started liking them. He’s now a proud fur parent and loves his cats so much. According to him, “Ngayon, I can say na okay lang na nauubos pera ko basta may enough silang maintenance para sa lahat ng needs.” He also shared a funny yet touching moment with his survivor kitten, “Lagi nya akong binubungangaan ‘pag matagal akong nawawala sa bahay, after niya mag bunganga, tatalon siya sa akin at magpapayakap nang napakatagal.”

Julio Mallari also shared how he enjoys being a fur dad. When asked on how does it feel to have a dog, he answered, “Fulfilling, lalo pag nakikita mong araw-araw lumalaki sya, pag happy ang dog makikita mo sa facial expression at body language.  Iba yung araw-araw patalino nang patalino yung aso. 14 years na ko nag aalaga at naka 9 na ako.” He also shared his most memorable experience with his dog. “Nag walk kami noong una kong Labrador ng madaling araw at nung pababa na kami sa hagdan ng building, may flashlight ako dahil madilim, may nakita kaming lalake’t babae na half-naked, nagtakbuhan nung nakita yung aso kong excited mag walk.” Julio loves his dogs so much that even his last money in the bank was all spent for dog foods.

Louiessa Belle Dolom describes her 15 cats as stress relievers. It’s hard yet rewarding.”  Masaya na nakakapagod. 15 kasi pusa namin. Pero keri pa rin po basta para sa kanila” She loves all her puspin (pusang pinoy) so much and buys them chicken when they don’t have an appetite. When asked about her unforgettable moment with them, she responded, “Most memorable po sakin ay yung newborn na kitten. She also shares photos of her kitten with heart markings.

Bash Fernandez loves having a dog and having a sense of responsibility. “Parang may anak na rin,”  when asked how does it feel to have a dog. His dog is also a parvo (contagious virus mainly affecting dogs) survivor and loves her dog as if it’s their own child.
