Chito and Neri Miranda’s New Business – Miranda’s Resthouse

Chito and Neri Miranda recently introduced the latest addition to their array of businesses – Miranda’s Resthouse.

Neri Miranda, a well-known online seller of several products posted a property in 2017 under the Instagram name “Mirandas Rest house.” She shared what she hoped to have in the property and ended the post with “Wala talagang imposible kapag may sipag at tyaga.”

After four years, Chito Miranda formally introduced the Miranda’s Resthouse in his Youtube Channel. He showed what’s inside the rest house, what to expect in the property and the business details.

The 1,500 sqm. property is a home to a two-story four-bedroom type, swimming pool, tree house, picnic tables, half-court basketball, firepit, and a function room that can accommodate 80-100 guests.

Chito shared that it was Neri who bought the property through her earnings from her online businesses. When he realized the potential, he made sure that he’s part of the Miranda Resthouse, it was a 50-50 sharing.

Since Neri is busy with her other businesses, Chito is the one managing the Miranda’s Resthouse and most of the time, they are lucky that it’s booked.  Rate per room/day is at Php5,000 and if your entire family would want to get the 4 bedrooms, you already have the entire area to enjoy.

For the function room, Chito mentioned that the rate is at Php30,000 and there is a separate place for caterers to set-up and prepare.  They also have an available sound system and a parking area.
